One line about which tool you were using, on what device or browser, and what you were doing when it broke narrows things down enormously. A screenshot of the result helps too.
For feature requests, describing the situation you needed it in is more useful than the feature name itself. Remembered lists, roulette share links, and the reworked full-screen mode all started that way.
Common questions
Are the names I enter stored?
No. Draws are computed in your browser and never sent to a server. Some tools remember your last list in browser storage for convenience; that copy stays on your device and clears with your browser data.
Can I put these tools on my own site?
Yes. Copy the snippet from the embed page and paste it into your blog or website. No permission needed and no cost.
How long until I hear back?
This is run by one person, so a reply can take a few days. If you do not need one, the anonymous form is easier.
